Shipping & Returns
Standard Orders
All non-bulk orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom within 1–2 business days.
Typical delivery timeframes:
United Kingdom – 2–5 working days
Europe – 5–10 working days
Rest of World – 7–14 working days
A confirmation email, including tracking information where available, will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Orders over £90 qualify for free UK shipping.
Corporate & Event Orders
Larger, bespoke or scheduled orders operate on a separate fulfilment timeline.
Production and delivery times vary depending on quantities and custom requirements and will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
We work closely with golf clubs, resorts, event organisers and travel partners to ensure deliveries arrive within the agreed timeframe.
International Orders
International customers may be required to pay local duties, taxes or import charges upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We hope you're delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you'd like to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Returned in their original packaging
- In a resalable condition
To arrange a return, please contact info@bradleyandsonsgolf.com and include your order number.
Unless an item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Size Exchanges
If you've ordered the wrong size, we'll be happy to arrange an exchange.
Items must be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Once received, we'll dispatch your replacement as quickly as possible.
Our premium Cabretta leather gloves are designed to fit snugly at first and will naturally mould to your hand with use.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number together with a brief description of the issue and, where possible, photographs. We'll resolve the matter as quickly as possible, including covering any associated postage costs where appropriate.
